This course is built on the notion that happiness is an inside job. You will be guided to uncover and release blocks that hold you back from having what you want in life. A “block” is a place where energy is constricted — not moving, not flowing. Usually blocks are caused initially by repressed emotions which cause a person to tighten up and close down. And underlying every feeling is a mental perception about yourself, others and the world. We will gently discover what limiting beliefs or attitudes are present in your life and begin to release these negative patterns and replace them with healthier and more truthful ones that help bring more of what you want. As we heal the upset, anger, judgments, and disturbances within, we transform mental and emotional negativity into greater clarity, acceptance and compassion, for ourselves, and others. As we become more peaceful inside, we begin to handle our outside world from a place of love. This course is not just about solving the “problems”, but dealing with the thing that created it in the first place, creating real, lasting change and healing.
This course is divided into 4 sessions, each one building upon the other to create a holistic experience, engaging the mind, body and soul. Through meditation, guided visualization, writing and movement we will release what no longer serves and bring in the support to manifest more of what you want.

I’m new to meditation. Is that ok?
Absolutely. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, the meditations are structured for everyone.
How do I access the course?
The course is entirely online. We recommend that you download the meditations and support materials to your computer. You can then transfer audio files to your preferred device, such as a phone or tablet.
How much time do I have to complete the course?
All 4 weeks will be available at one time. Essentially, you can take as much time as you need with the material from each week, and all worksheets, meditations and video will be yours to keep and access forever.
